The Functional Skills Qualification in Mathematics at Level 2 is to support learners to progress to the next level of learning in this subject. It could also support entry to employment or development within employment. The qualification is designed to help develop Mathematics skills in a practical, rather than academic, context.
The course is for:
• People looking to work towards higher Maths qualifications including GCSEs
• People doing a supported internship
• People doing a vocational learning course"
