"This course will give a basic understanding about the differences between anxiety and depression, how they can impact each other and how they impact our day to day lives. Looking at causes and coping techniques to provide ways to support yourself and those around you.

Outcomes
Understand what anxiety and depression are - how they develop and the differences between them
Identify ways anxiety and depression can impact day to day life - signs to look out for in yourself and others
Develop awareness of coping techniques which can support yourself and others
