Description

Introduction to Counselling Skills

This 3-hour workshop introduces the core skills of counselling such as active listening, empathy, and asking helpful questions. While exploring these tools, you'll understand how they can improve everyday communication and personal growth and discover how studying counselling can build confidence, self-awareness, and emotional resilience.
This session is an ideal starting point for anyone curious about counselling or looking to develop stronger, more supportive relationships in their personal or professional life.
